One-on-one session fees:
·1-2 session per week - $85/session
·3 sessions per week - $55/session
One off instructed programme session rate of $90 this programme will take up to1½ hours. With this option Dwayne recommends renewing your programme every 6-7 weeks to keep your goals on track.
Two people:
·1 session per week - $100/session ($40/person/week)
·2 sessions per week - $75/session ($75/person/week)
·3 sessions per week - $70/session ($105/person/week)
One off instructed programme session rate of $120 ($60/person) this programme will take up to1½ hours. With this option Dwayne recommends renewing your programme every 6-7 weeks to keep your goals on track.
Group training session fee:
·3 to 4 people at a time - $25/per person/session
·5 to 10 people at a time - $20/per person/session
·10 and above at a time - $10/per person/session
At home training:
If you can't get to the Gym, Dwayne will come to you
·1 session per week - $100/session (Two people $120/session)
·2 sessions per week - $75/session (Two people $90/session)
·3 sessions per week - $65/session (Two people $85/session)
Prices include GST.
Payment:
We accept cheques, cash, direct debit, or automatic payments. Please make payment in advance to all
training sessions A/C 38-9008-0347771-00. If you're unable to make the session simply let your trainer know in advance and they will re-schedule your session time and/or day.
